Winter Vacation

Bavarian Forest Grainet

Regardless of whether you’re a cross-country skier, alpine skier, snowboarder, beginner or pro – whether you prefer winter hikes or trekking on snowshoes through the deep snow of a winter forest – you’ll experience solitude and quiet to the fullest.

Friends of cross-country skiing will find several hundred kilometres of well-prepared tracks here. Skiing in the Hoch3 winter sports region means first and foremost fun for the whole family without high lift fees putting too much strain on the pocketbook. Beginner’s courses in skiing and snowboarding, complete with equipment, are provided by our ski-school partner, G&S Snow Sports School.

Ask about our complimentary beginner’s courses including equipment on loan.

From pleasant downhill runs for the family, practice slopes for beginners to fast downhill courses, everyone will find the right ski run. Dress warmly for winter riding or horse-drawn sledding. Warm yourself afterward with a Jagertee or mulled wine, or in the sauna area of our building.
