So there are no misunderstandings
  1. General business conditions govern the relationship between you and us and are recognised by you as valid at the time of your booking. The contract for accommodations is valid as soon as room, premises and other services are ordered and agreed upon.

  2. Reservation dates are binding for both contractual partners.

  3. Reserved rooms are available to the guest(s) beginning at 1:30 p.m. on the arrival date.

  4. Day of departure: We request that you check out of your room by 11:00 a.m.

  5. Settling your bill is due by departure at the latest. Means of payment: Cash, EC-card, pre-payment transfer of funds.

  6. Cancellation provisions

    • at least 60 days before arrival free of charge
    • at least 40 days before arrival 20% of the travel price
    • at least 14 days before arrival 40% of the travel pricis
    • fewer than 14 days before arrival 80% of the travel price
    • In case of later arrival or earlier departure, 80% of the travel price will be charged.

  1. Any ineffective individual provision of these terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of an ineffective provision, an effective provision as near as possible to its commercial content will go into effect. The same pertains to possible contractual loopholes. Mistakes, especially orthographical or mathematical errors in written offers, confirmations or brochures by Hotel Hüttenhof, are always subject to correction. Modifications and subsidiary agreements must be confirmed in writing.
